The truffle one is the standout for me—that Black Summer truffle really comes through in the extra mature Cheddar, rich but not overpowering. Green Thunder’s roasted garlic and herbs make it perfect for crackers, and I’ve already gone through half the trio in one sitting.

I was expecting the garlic and herb one to be an afterthought next to the truffle, but the roasted garlic really holds its own and smells incredible when you crack the wax. All three truckles were firm and creamy, perfect for spreading on crackers with a bit of chutney.
