The crumbly texture of this extra mature cheddar is perfect for melting over a baked potato, and the black truffle flavor is subtle but unmistakable. I've already finished half the block in two days, it's dangerously good.

The truffle aroma hits you right when you open the pack, and it's woven through every bite of that extra mature cheddar—not just on the rind. I've been slicing it thin for crackers and it melts beautifully, though it's honestly hard to stop at a few pieces.

The extra mature cheddar has that deep, crumbly bite I crave, and the black truffle pieces are generously scattered through every slice. I’ve been shaving it over pasta and honestly, plain on crackers is just as good.
