The stem ginger gives it just the right warm kick, and that London dry gin lingers nicely without overpowering the rhubarb. I’ve been slathering it on sharp cheddar toasties, and the 114g jar somehow disappears faster than it should.
The gin is subtle but definitely there, giving it a grown-up edge that pairs brilliantly with sharp cheddar. I’ve already gone through half the jar in two days—that sweet-and-zingy balance is dangerously moreish.
The warm stem ginger comes through nicely without overpowering the rhubarb, and the gin adds just enough depth to make it feel special. I've been spooning it over sharp cheddar for lunch and it's honestly the best part of my day. The 114g jar is small but a little goes a long way.
