Bouncing Berry (CA)

I was a bit skeptical about fruit in cheddar, but the natural cranberry sweetness really balances the sharpness nicely. It's become my go-to for a quick snack with crackers, and the texture holds up well even when it's cold from the fridge.

The cranberry chunks are scattered throughout so you get that sweet pop in almost every bite, and it melts nicely on crackers too. We went through the whole wedge in two nights just snacking.

It’s basically cheddar but with these little bursts of cranberry that make it feel like a snack, not just a cheese. I cubed it for a cheese board and it was gone in minutes. The sweetness is natural, not syrupy, which is exactly what I hoped for.
