Elizabeth ★★★★★

The mustard heat keeps it interesting without overpowering the cheddar, and the ale gives it a nice depth that you don’t get from standard dips. I served it straight out of the oven with crusty bread and it was gone in ten minutes.

Alexander H. ★★★★★

Baked it for a dinner party and the whole kitchen smelled incredible while it was in the oven. The ale gives it a deep, malty richness that pairs perfectly with the sharp cheddar, and it stayed creamy and dippable right to the last spoonful.

Aurora U. ★★★★★

The wholegrain mustard really cuts through the richness of the cheddar and ale, making it dangerously easy to keep dipping. I served it straight from the oven with crusty bread, and the velvety texture was exactly what I wanted on a cold evening.
