Pantu Bragdy Conwy -panimossa Walesissa klassisen amerikkalaisen IPA:n tyyliin, tämä vaalea ja raikas ale on humalainen, sitrushedelmäinen tuoksu ja makea, maltainen loppusävy: täydellinen seuralainen juustolle.
The citrus hop aroma hits you right as you pour it, and that sweet malt finish lingers just long enough to make you reach for another slice of cheese. Pairs beautifully with a creamy brie.
The citrusy hop aroma hit me right as I poured it, and it’s so light and zesty that it went down dangerously fast with a sharp cheddar. That sweet, malty finish really does tie the whole thing together nicely.
The citrus aroma really comes through the moment you crack the can, and that sweet malty finish pairs surprisingly well with a sharp cheddar. Light enough to sip on its own but with enough body to stand up to food. Exactly what I wanted from a zesty IPA.
