Les vignes exposées au sud du Château Macquin, situé dans une appellation satellite de Saint-Émilion à Bordeaux, produisent un assemblage rouge rubis composé de 80 % de Merlot et de 20 % de Cabernet Sauvignon, au nez intense de cerise noire et d'épices. En bouche, découvrez des notes de fruits rouges sucrés, de tabac et de graphite avec une finale longue et soyeuse – le compagnon idéal de notre Black Bomber, un cheddar extra-vieilli riche et crémeux, ainsi que d'autres fromages à pâte dure corsés.
