Opened it expecting a standard sharp cheddar, but the creamy texture hit me right away—it melts on the tongue even before you bite down. The savory depth is almost nutty, and a little slice goes a long way on a cracker. Gone in three days, which says everything.

That dark, savory edge is what keeps me coming back for another slice. It's properly creamy for an extra mature cheddar, and the intensity doesn't overwhelm the palate at all.

I grabbed this for a cheese board and ended up eating half the wedge standing at the counter. The creaminess is spot-on with that deep, savory bite that lingers just right. It's my new go-to for snacking.
