The roasted garlic really comes through without being overpowering, and the cheddar itself is sharp and creamy at the same time. I've already grabbed a second block for the weekend cheeseboard.

The herbs give it a fresh, garden-y kick that plays really well against the sharp cheddar, and the garlic is roasted just right—no harsh bite at all. I've already gone through half the block in two days, it's dangerously snackable on crackers or melted over toast.
