The grain on this acacia board is honestly gorgeous, and the 15mm thickness feels sturdy without being clunky. I’ve been using it for cheese and bread platters, and the raised edges keep crumbs from spilling onto the counter.
The finger grooves make it really easy to grip even when my hands are a bit greasy from cooking, and the size is perfect for a small cheese setup. Only gripe is the wood arrived a touch dry, so I gave it a quick oil rub before first use.
