얼티밋 치즈 케이크 타워

Seven tiers of sharp cheddar and creamy Red Leicester made for the most photographed centerpiece at our daughter’s wedding. Guests kept sneaking slices off the lower levels before dinner even started, and it held up beautifully over five hours.

Every single guest at our anniversary party gravitated toward the cheese tower before the cake even came out. The mix of sharp Cheddar and creamy Red Leicester stacked beautifully across all seven tiers, and it held up perfectly for hours without any wilting.

The seven tiers of Cheddar and Red Leicester looked even better in person than in the photos, and they held up beautifully through a three-hour backyard party. My nephew kept sneaking slices off the bottom layer before dinner even started, so I’d say it was a hit.
