Amber Mist

The crumbly texture melts beautifully on the tongue, and that Madeira cask finish lingers just long enough to make you reach for another slice. I've had plenty of whisky cheddars, but this one balances the boozy kick with a creamy, deep maturity that feels properly indulgent.

The whisky note is subtle at first but lingers into a warm, oaky finish that pairs beautifully with a crisp apple. I've already gone through half the wedge in two sittings, it's that moreish.

The whisky kick hits you right at the back of the throat, then melts into that rich, creamy cheddar—the Madeira cask aging really comes through. I sliced off a chunk for a quiet evening snack and ended up finishing half the block.
