Denna mousserande dryck, gjord på ekologisk rabarber, madagaskisk vanilj och mjukt Devon-källvatten, har en härligt rosig nyans och är särskilt uppfriskande serverad över is med en kvist mynta.
I’d never tried rhubarb as a drink before, but the vanilla really balances the tartness, and it’s gorgeous over ice with mint—almost like a fancy non-alcoholic cocktail.
The rosy colour is so pretty in the glass, and that Madagascan vanilla really rounds out the rhubarb tang without making it sweet. Sipping it cold with mint feels like a proper summer treat, though I wish the bottle was bigger because it disappears fast.
Poured it over ice with a handful of mint leaves and the rose-pink color alone made it feel like a special occasion. The rhubarb tang is sharp and clean, with the Madagascan vanilla softening it just right, and the Devon spring water keeps it light enough to drink all afternoon.
