Cracked open the wedge for a cheese board last night and the creamy, crumbly texture just melts on the tongue—that black truffle hit is subtle but builds with every bite. It’s got that proper mature cheddar sharpness underneath, so it’s not all about the truffle. Really glad I splurged on this one.

The truffle aroma hits you the moment you open the pack, and the extra mature cheddar underneath is properly sharp. I sliced off a chunk for crackers and ended up eating half the block in one sitting. The black truffle flecks give it a deep, earthy finish that lingers nicely.
