Valmista runsas maalaispöydän antimet tämän runsaan lahjakorin avulla, joka on täynnä palkittuja juustoja, herkullisia chutneyita, täysjyväkeksejä, Borettane-sipuleita ja kaksi pulloa Bragdy Conwyn olutta sekä liuskekivinen tarjoilulautanen.
The Borettane onions were the sleeper hit—sweet and tangy, they paired beautifully with the sharp cheese. The beer was a nice robust touch, and the whole hamper felt generous enough for a proper weekend spread. Exactly what I hoped for.
The wholemeal crackers held up perfectly against the sharp cheese and that sticky chutney, which never happens with store-bought ones. Cracking open a Bragdy Conwy beer with the Borettane onions on the side felt like a proper pub ploughman’s at home.
The wholemeal crackers held up perfectly under the sharp cheddar and chutney, and the Borettane onions added a sweet tang that tied the whole spread together. That beer was the perfect final touch, and the generous portions meant we had enough for seconds. Finished the lot in one sitting.
