The re-fermentation gives it this lively, crisp finish that feels almost champagne-like in the glass—poured one after a long bike ride and it hit the spot perfectly. The English malted barley comes through with a smooth, clean body that makes it dangerously easy to drink.
The hop blend is what sold me—Hallertau Blanc gives it this crisp, almost floral edge that pairs perfectly with the Galaxy’s fruitiness. It’s dangerously easy to drink, especially with the re-fermentation keeping every sip fresh and lively.
