The brine plus that extra virgin olive oil they’re packed in makes the flavor so much rounder than your average jarred olive. I had to stop myself from finishing the whole 250g in one sitting, they’re that buttery.
The vibrant green color caught my eye before I even opened the jar, and the buttery texture is exactly as described. I've been snacking on them straight from the brine for a week now and they haven't lost any of that sweet, mellow flavor.
