The Ruby Mist was the first thing I opened and I was genuinely impressed — it's creamy with a nice bite. The whole hamper feels like a proper treat, and the Beech Wood rounds it out beautifully for a cheese night.

The cave-aged Cheddar alone is worth it—rich, crumbly, and totally gone by day two. The mix of cheeses plus the accompaniments made this feel like a proper treat rather than a generic gift box. I've already ordered another for my dad's birthday.

The Ruby Mist was the first one I cracked open and it’s got this lovely, mellow finish that pairs perfectly with the Beech Wood. The whole hamper feels like a proper treat, and the vintage cheddar is the star of the show, just as it should be. I’ve already ordered another for a friend’s birthday.
