First bite and the texture is just incredible, silky and thick without being waxy. That nuttiness from the single-estate cacao comes through right away and lingers nicely alongside the coffee.
That roasted coffee note is subtle but unmistakable, and it lingers just long enough after each square melts. I've had plenty of single-estate bars, but this one's nuttiness feels genuinely rounded, not sharp. Wrapped up my evening with two squares and actually felt satisfied, not craving more.
The texture is genuinely silky—it melts on the tongue without any waxy film, and that roasted coffee note comes through just as the package promises. I've already ordered another one to keep in the pantry for when the first bar runs out.
