I spread it on a sharp cheddar cracker and the stem ginger warmth caught me off guard in the best way. The rhubarb keeps it bright while the gin adds this nice dry finish that lingers.
The gin aroma hits you right when you open the jar, but it’s the sweet-tart rhubarb that lingers on the palate. I’ve been spooning it over sharp cheddar on crackers and it’s become a Friday-night staple.
