The hand-carved slices melt on the tongue in a way I didn’t expect from a 50g pack, and that sweet nutty finish lingers nicely after each bite. Given it’s cured over three years, the depth of flavour feels properly earned. I’ve already ordered another pack.
The truffle notes really come through on the finish, and the salty depth balances the sweetness perfectly. I’ve had plenty of Iberico before, but this 50g pack is dangerously easy to polish off in one sitting.
The slice-to-slice marbling is incredible—each piece melts on the tongue with that sweet, salty depth you only get from true acorn-fed ibérico. The 50g pack is small but dangerously easy to finish in one sitting.
