I’ve been spooning these straight from the jar onto a sharp cheddar board, and that sweet-tart balsamic glaze clings just right without drowning the onion. Even my vinegar-skeptic friend went back for thirds.

The sweetness of these pearl onions balances the vinegar's tang perfectly, and they're incredible alongside a sharp aged cheese. I already put them in a charcuterie board and they were gone within minutes.
